Hi-Float is a patented liquid solution that dries inside latex helium-filled balloons to form a coating that helps hold in the helium. A single squirt inside the balloon keeps it floating longer! But if you are new to using this product you may be asking yourself: how do I apply Hi-Float? Read on for our simple step by step instructions!

ULTRA HI-FLOAT 16-oz.
  1. Take off the cap and attach the pump. Turn it counterclockwise to unlock the nozzle.
  2. When using the pump for the first time keep pumping until the Hi-Float liquid comes out. You may want to do this over a sink or put a cup beneath it.
  3. Insert the nozzle into the balloon opening fully.
  4. Use half a pump for a 9-inch balloon, a full pump for an 11-inch balloon, two pumps for 16 and 18-inch balloons and three pumps for 24 and 26 inch balloons.
  5. Pinch the neck of the balloon while removing it from the nozzle and wipe clean. Ensure no Hi-Float gets onto the neck of the balloon.
  6. Lift the opening while massaging the liquid into the balloon for a few seconds to spread it evenly.
  7. Inflate the balloon and tie it.
24-oz. and 96-oz. ULTRA HI-FLOAT
  1. Attach the extension tube to the bottom of the pump (96oz bottle only).
  2. Place the pump on the bottle and tighten the threaded cap.
  3. When using the pump for the first time keep pumping until the Hi-Float liquid comes out. You may want to do this over a sink or put a cup beneath it.
  4. Select the restriction clip based on the size of the balloon. Refer to the table below to select the correct clip for the size of your balloon.
  5. Put the clip on to the neck of the dispenser.
  6. Insert the nozzle into the balloon opening fully.
  7. Pinch the neck of the balloon while removing it from the nozzle and wipe clean. Ensure no Hi-Float gets onto the neck of the balloon.
  8. Lift the opening while massaging the liquid into the balloon for a few seconds to spread it evenly.
  9. Inflate the balloon and tie it.
  10. Place the red cap on the nozzle when you are not using the product.
