Returns policy
Below are guidelines for any returns you may have.
If there has been a mistake with your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Either contact us by phone on 0141 420 6020 or by email at trade@hiflyers-balloons.co.uk
If any of your goods are faulty you have 6 months to get in contact with us. Download and fill in the returns form ( Returns form download ) and post it to us with your faulty balloons. All balloons must be fully deflated before they are returned. When your returns have been assessed we will get in contact to issue a credit to be used on future orders.
We do not however, accept faulties that have been;
- Over inflated
- Have been cut to deflate
- Balloons that have signs as being used for display i.e. colour loss, vinyl, glitter writing, velcro
- 4”, 7”, 9” minishapes
- Deco balloons with feathers
- Seasonal Balloons – must be returned within 1 month of purchase
- Latex of any kind
We do not accept returns of unused or duplicate stock.
Any orders that are returned to us as ‘undelivered’ will have the option to be redelivered at additional cost or a credit note to be issued for the value of the order less the delivery costs.
