Hi-Flyers is one of the UK’s leading balloon wholesale suppliers. We supply to strictly relevant businesses only in order to provide those within the balloon industry with the lowest rates possible. If you are looking to register an account with us, we require potential new users to read the following FAQ.
Who can register an account?
We cater to strictly balloon related businesses. Some examples include:
- Independent balloon decorators
- Vendors
- Florists
- Balloon twisters
- Gift shops with balloon stock
- Event planners
Who cannot register an account?
- Members of the public
- People only making balloons for personal events, friends and family
- Venues (restaurants, halls, etc.)
- Unrelated businesses (tradesmen, grocers, etc.)
- Friends and family of business owners
If we believe your account breaches our criteria, we may cancel your order and remove your account from our system.
How does Hi-Flyers verify an account?
In the application form we will ask for a link to your website. This can include a Facebook or Instagram page that matches your business name. This page should have examples of balloon work or balloon stock in-store on it.
I am new to the balloon industry. Can I sign up?
Yes! We love to help new businesses find their footing. At minimum we ask that you link proof of your balloon work (practice at home or perhaps work done at a training course) or a certificate from an accredited balloon training program. If you are uncertain please email us at trade@hiflyers-balloons.co.uk for further help.
Please note that new businesses may take up to 24 hours to approve.
Why was my application rejected / new account removed?
As wholesale balloon specialists, we want to ensure that our customers have exclusive access to balloons and helium at the lowest price possible to keep their businesses healthy. Due to this we may choose to reject an application for a variety of reasons such as:
- No website or portfolio provided
- Inadequate proof of balloon work/stock was provided
- Lack of intent to sell

I have signed up online, can I come into the store to shop?
When you come into the store for the first time, you will need to fill out an additional form to be added to our in-store database. We refer to this to ensure we can tell our walk-in customers apart from members of the public.
Please note that we may take up to 24 hours to verify an in-store account at staff discretion. We recommend phoning before you pop in for the first time.

How do I apply for an account?
You can click here to apply for an account online! If you are a local customer, we may ask to verify your online account and add you to our in-store database during your first visit to the shop. Staff may also need 24 hours to process your application. If you are also looking to open a helium account, please read our helium page for more details.
